Description
Boskalis Offshore Subsea Contracting BV, as part of a consortium with Bouygues Travaux Publics and Saipem, was awarded an EPCI contract for the Fécamp offshore wind farm gravity-based foundations. Boskalis’ project scope included seabed preparation works for the gravity-based structures (installation of gravel pads/bedding layers), subsea rock installation for bedding and post-installation scour protection, and ballasting activities to stabilise the GBS units after installation. The offshore execution period referenced in the project sheet was March–December 2022.
