In 2015, the French Public Debate Commission approved the Fécamp offshore wind farm project following the earlier public debate process, in parallel with installation of the project’s measuring wind mast. This regulatory endorsement allowed the consortium led by EDF power solutions, EIH (Enbridge & CPP Investments) and Skyborn to continue development of the offshore wind farm off the Normandy coast.
