On 31 March 2017, the Préfet de la Seine-Maritime signed Arrêté préfectoral n° 17-79 approving the convention de concession d'utilisation du domaine public maritime (DPM concession) between the French State and RTE for the offshore submarine cable corridor of the Fécamp offshore wind farm grid connection. The DPM concession grants RTE exclusive seabed-use rights for the export-cable corridor from the offshore substation to landfall in Seine-Maritime. A companion arrêté n° 17-80 was signed the same day approving the parallel DPM concession for the OWF developer EOHF (recorded as a separate planning_consent_awarded event on the Fécamp OWF project).</description> </invoke>
