On 20 November 2019, the Préfet de l'Aude signed arrêté préfectoral n° DREAL/DMMC-11-2019-009 granting the autorisation environnementale (AE) under articles L.181-1 et seq. of the Code de l'environnement to EOLMED SAS for the EolMed floating wind farm pilot project off Gruissan (Aude). The AE is the project-wide environmental consent under the modern post-loi-du-2-mars-2018 regime, covering 3 Vestas V164-10 MW floating turbines on BW Ideol foundations off Port-La-Nouvelle and Gruissan. Subsequent prescriptions complémentaires arrêtés have modified the original AE (DREAL/DMMC-11-2020-003 for the OWF and DREAL/DMMC-11-2020-002 / DREAL/DMMC-11-2021-003 for the RTE connection).</description> </invoke>
