BW Ideol Projects Company, a subsidiary of BW Ideol and ADEME Investissement, acquired a 15% minority equity stake in the project company Eoliennes Méditerranée Grand Large, which is responsible for developing, constructing, and operating the approximately 250 MW Méditerranée Grand Large floating offshore wind farm located about 25 km off the French Mediterranean coast near Fos-sur-Mer. This transaction, announced on 26 November 2025, builds on several years of collaboration with EDF power solutions and Maple Power on floating foundation studies and strengthens both the technological partnership and the project’s industrial footing.
