Following France’s sixth offshore wind tender (AO6), the Ministry of Industry and Energy selected the project company Eoliennes Méditerranée Grand Large, owned by EDF Renewables and Maple Power, to design, build, and operate the 250 MW floating offshore wind farm "Golfe de Fos 1" (also known as Méditerranée Grand Large) located about 25 km off the French Mediterranean coast, thereby securing the project’s long-term revenue support under the national tender regime.
