In December 2022, at the Energaïa trade fair, Eoliennes Méditerranée Grand Large signed a Charter of Engagement to contribute to structuring a regional French offshore wind industrial supply chain. Under this charter, the project committed to targets such as allocating portions of studies, component manufacturing, works, and O&M to SMEs, dedicating about €22.5 million to avoid–reduce–compensate measures and monitoring plus €2.5 million to a biodiversity fund, €5 million to territorial actions, 400,000 hours of social inclusion and training, and €10 million in participatory financing or investment.
