Omexom, the energy infrastructure brand of Vinci Energies, secured a five-year contract extension and expansion for electrical operations and maintenance services covering six Dutch North Sea offshore wind farms, including Eneco Luchterduinen. The renewed and expanded agreement runs from 2026 to 2031 and adds additional services and wind farms compared with the previous arrangement. For Eneco Luchterduinen specifically, Omexom will maintain the project's electrical infrastructure including its Offshore High Voltage Station (OHVS) and associated substation assets, distinguishing this scope from the four sites where only electrical infrastructure (not substations) are in scope. Operational delivery is handled by Omexom Renewables Energies Offshore in Oldenburg, Germany, and Omexom Offshore Benelux in Assen, the Netherlands. The combined tender, coordinated across asset owners, follows two other 2025/2026 portfolio-level Dutch awards (FØN Energy Services for above-water BoP IRM + ROV surveys; XOCEAN for bathymetric surveys) and forms part of an industry trend toward portfolio-level O&M procurement.
