On 27 December 2024 the French AO6 tender award to Ocean Winds + Banque des Territoires (via Eolien en Mer Participations) secured the long-term revenue support contract for the 250 MW EFLO floating offshore wind farm. The AO6 award reportedly carried a tariff in line with neighbouring AO5/AO6 floating awards (Pennavel €86.45/MWh, Méditerranée Grand Large €85.90/MWh), providing 20-year revenue stability under the French Contract for Difference framework.
