In June 2019, a Biodiversity Observation Buoy (BoB) equipped with 16 Biohut artificial habitats was deployed at the future EFGL site in the Gulf of Lion Marine Natural Park to establish a baseline characterization of marine biodiversity and observe colonisation of artificial structures ahead of WindFloat foundation installation.
