TenneT plans to start the realisation phase of the Net op Zee Doordewind grid connection in early 2029, during which the offshore platforms and associated cable systems that will connect the 4 GW Doordewind wind area, including the 2 GW Doordewind II site, to the Dutch grid at Eemshaven will be constructed and installed.
