In July 2025, Chantiers de l’Atlantique completed the main fabrication of the Dieppe–Le Tréport offshore substation topside at its Saint-Nazaire shipyard, following a 24‑month construction period. The milestone was marked when the topside, designed and built by Chantiers de l’Atlantique, was successfully installed offshore for the Eoliennes en mer Dieppe Le Tréport (EMDT) project. The company’s Marine Energies Business Unit Director, Frédéric Grizaud, stated that this carefully prepared offshore installation phase brought to an end two years of topside construction work at the Saint‑Nazaire site, underscoring Chantiers de l’Atlantique’s growing role in Europe’s marine renewable energy supply chain.
