From May 2023, a deep geotechnical campaign (“campagne géotechnique grande profondeur”) for the Centre Manche 2 bottom-fixed offshore wind farm commenced as part of the project’s knowledge and site investigation studies. The campaign focuses on detailed geotechnical investigations of the seabed and subsoil within the planned Centre Manche 2 project area on the Manche Est – Mer du Nord façade, providing data needed to support subsequent design and development of the wind farm.
