The 17 February 2026 prefectural environmental authorisation for the grid connection works confirms the project is progressing toward this commissioning target on schedule. --- France's official 'Éoliennes en mer' project page for Centre Manche 1 states: "2032 : Date prévue de mise en service du parc". This 'mise en service' (commissioning/entry into service) is used here as the best available developer/authority-stated timing for first power export in absence of a more granular first-power date.
