Under the AO10 procedural framework — documented in the DIRM Méditerranée briefing (commission spécialisée éolien flottant, 21 February 2025) for the sibling AO10 Golfe du Lion Centre project — the statutory public participation / enquête publique (PPVE) stage is planned during 2027–2028 across the AO10 cohort, with the project-level authorisation (autorisation d'exploiter) issued at or shortly after completion of that stage. For Bretagne Nord Ouest (1.2 GW floating AO10), planning consent is projected for 2028 (year precision), in line with the consistent 2028 consent/FID anchor used by sibling AO9/AO10 floating projects in the AgentZero corpus (Golfe du Lion Centre, EFLO). The exact decision date will be determined by the project-specific permitting schedule following the AO10 award.
