Turbine Installation Start

The Two Towers consortium (Van Oord, Investri Offshore and Green Giraffe) installed both Vestas V164-9.5 MW turbines at Borssele Wind Farm Site V during 2020. Van Oord acted as Balance of Plant contractor and deployed offshore installation vessel Aeolus, which had also installed the two Sif-manufactured monopile foundations earlier in 2020 (Slip Joint foundation in late April).
