The Dutch Minister of Infrastructure and Water Management issued a decision in the Staatscourant establishing a general prohibition on entering or placing objects within the safety zones of the Borssele wind energy area, which comprises five sites including Borssele V. The measure, taken under Article 6.10 of the Water Act, defines the geographic boundaries of the safety zones and sets out generic and specific exceptions for activities such as construction, maintenance, inspection, and certain cable and pipeline works.
