In April 2018, the Two Towers consortium, comprising Van Oord, Investri Offshore and Green Giraffe Holding, was established as the project company to develop the Borssele V offshore wind innovation site after winning the Dutch tender for the location. This joint venture structure enabled the partners to jointly deliver the demonstrator project and its associated technology innovations at the Borssele Wind Farm Site V.
