Vestas holds long-term service responsibility for the 77 V164-9.5 MW turbines at the Borssele III & IV offshore wind farm (Blauwwind consortium, 731.5 MW, Dutch North Sea). The service scope was originally awarded to MHI Vestas Offshore Wind as part of the 2018 turbine package, and transferred to Vestas when the MHI Vestas joint venture was unwound on 14 December 2020 following Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' exit. Vestas now performs ongoing turbine operations and maintenance on the project's installed fleet. Day-to-day asset management of the wind farm (commercial operations, scheduling, contract coordination) sits with Eneco under a separate Asset Management and Services Agreement on behalf of the Blauwwind consortium; Vestas's role here is the technical turbine service-level responsibility under the original supplier agreement carried over by corporate succession. No contract value, term, or specific availability commitments are disclosed in public sources for the turbine service arrangement.
