Eneco provided operations and maintenance services for the Borssele III/IV offshore wind farm in the Netherlands under an Asset Management and Services Agreement. In this role, Eneco was responsible for the wind farm’s day-to-day maintenance and operational activities, supporting ongoing performance and availability once the project entered its operational phase. The scope covered routine operational oversight of the site and the delivery and coordination of daily maintenance work associated with the operating wind farm. As stated by Eneco, this responsibility related to operating the park itself rather than only commercial off-take, aligning with Eneco’s broader involvement in the project alongside the Blauwwind consortium. The Borssele III/IV wind farm comprised 77 V164 9.5 MW wind turbines and had been fully operational since the beginning of 2021. Eneco’s daily O&M responsibility therefore applied across the full operating turbine fleet at Borssele III/IV, providing the services required to keep the assets running and to manage ongoing maintenance needs during operations.
