On 19 September 2023, Partners Group agreed to sell its remaining 10% stake in the Borssele III/IV offshore wind farm to Octopus Energy Generation, completing Partners Group’s full exit from the project and adding Octopus to the shareholder group alongside Shell, Eneco, INPEX, Luxcara, Swiss Life Asset Managers and Glennmont Partners.
