By October 2019, the Blauwwind consortium had signed long-term Power Purchase Agreements with Shell and Eneco under which each offtaker will purchase 50% of the electricity generated by the 731.5 MW Borssele III & IV offshore wind farm for a 15‑year period, providing contracted revenue alongside the Dutch SDE+ support.
