During the Dutch government tender window for Borssele Wind Farm Sites III & IV, which was open from 16 to 29 September 2016, the Blauwwind II c.v. consortium (Eneco, Diamond Generating Europe, Shell and Van Oord) submitted a bid to secure the site permits together with SDE+ revenue support for the Borssele III & IV offshore wind project.
