On 3 December 2025 the Blauwwind consortium, together with five other Dutch North Sea offshore wind-farm owners and Eneco as cohort coordinator, awarded a five-year bathymetric survey framework contract to XOCEAN. The combined tender covers Borssele 3&4 (Blauwwind), Borssele 5 (Two Towers), Eneco Luchterduinen, Hollandse Kust Noord (CrossWind), Hollandse Kust West VI (Ecowende) and Prinses Amaliawindpark — 303 turbines in total. For Borssele III & IV the scope is high-resolution bathymetric survey work assessing the condition of the 77 monopile foundations and the 175 km of 66 kV inter-array cabling. XOCEAN will deploy its remotely operated Uncrewed Surface Vessel (USV) fleet — a low-carbon ocean data acquisition platform offering safety, efficiency and environmental performance advantages over crewed survey vessels. The award is the third in a sequence of contemporaneous Eneco-coordinated portfolio appointments — alongside FØN Energy Services (BoP IRM + ROV) on 26 November 2025 and Omexom (electrical O&M) announced 12 May 2026 — under which the same six-wind-farm cohort consolidates O&M and survey scope for the next five years. No contract value was disclosed.
