On 26 November 2025 the Blauwwind consortium, together with the owners of five other Dutch North Sea offshore wind farms and Eneco as cohort operator, awarded a five-year maintenance and inspection framework contract to FØN Energy Services. The combined tender covers Borssele 3&4 (Blauwwind), Borssele 5 (Two Towers), Eneco Luchterduinen, Hollandse Kust Noord (CrossWind), Hollandse Kust West VI (Ecowende) and Prinses Amaliawindpark — totalling 303 turbines. For Borssele III & IV the scope covers above-water Balance of Plant (BoP) Inspection, Repair and Maintenance (IRM) on the 77 monopile foundations and associated secondary steel, plus below-water Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) surveys of the inter-array cable system and subsea structures. Services commence in 2026; some sites in the cohort start later when their existing commitments expire. By bundling six wind farms into a single tender, the owners sought economies of scale, streamlined cohort coordination and the ability to mobilise single campaigns covering all assets rather than individual visits. No contract value was disclosed. The award sits alongside contemporaneous Eneco-coordinated portfolio awards for electrical O&M (Omexom) and bathymetric surveys (XOCEAN).
