TSO TenneT and the Blauwwind consortium (Shell, Van Oord, Eneco and Mitsubishi/Diamond Generating Europe) signed the grid connection agreements for the Borssele III & IV offshore wind farms, formalising their connection to the Dutch grid via the 700 MW Borssele Beta offshore platform and setting out the realisation, connection and power transmission arrangements under the new Dutch tender system.
