DEME is scheduled to begin BC-Wind's offshore monopile foundation installation campaign in 2027, deploying its installation vessel Orion to install 27 monopiles — 26 for the Siemens Gamesa SG 14-236 turbines plus one for the offshore substation. The contract, awarded by Ocean Winds in December 2025 alongside DEME's cable installation scope, covers installation works scheduled across 2027 and 2028. Foundation manufacture is being delivered by Dajin Heavy Industry, which held the first steel-cutting ceremony for the monopiles in December 2025 with delivery scheduled for 2026, ahead of DEME's 2027 offshore installation campaign. Year precision reflects the published 2027–2028 installation window; year-end date represents the start year per convention.
