Description
Hitachi Energy is delivering the two onshore substations at Pęplino near Ustka for the Bałtyk 2 and Bałtyk 3 offshore wind farm export grids, with a significant part of the advanced substation equipment — including transformers — manufactured at Hitachi Energy's Łódź facilities in Poland. Per the Polenergia announcement: "Two onshore power stations are being built in Pęplino near Ustka. They are carried out by Hitachi Energy, and a significant part of the advanced equipment for the station will be manufactured in its facilities in Łódź." The substations interface with the PSE Słupsk-Wierzbięcino 400 kV grid connection point.
