Erbud was engaged as a Polish construction contractor for the onshore O&M base in Łeba that will serve Bałtyk 3 alongside its sibling project Bałtyk 2. The scope covers civil construction works for the permanent operations and service facility on the Łeba quayside, including warehouse, offices, control-room and crew-transfer berthing. The engagement was announced as part of the late-June 2025 construction-launch communications by Equinor and Polenergia, following final investment decisions taken in May 2025 and financial close on 23 May 2025. The Łeba O&M base is planned for completion in mid-2026, ahead of the offshore turbine installation campaign in 2027 and first power later that year. The work is positioned as the local-content anchor for Bałtyk 3's operational phase — the base is expected to provide tens of permanent jobs once operational, supporting CTV operations and long-term maintenance for the 50 SGRE SG 14-236 DD turbines over a 30-year operational life.
