Jan De Nul Group, in consortium with Hellenic Cables, is the general contractor for the design, manufacture, supply and installation of the 220 kV HVAC offshore export cables for the joint Bałtyk 2 + Bałtyk 3 export grid. Jan De Nul holds the marine installation scope (cable transport, lay, burial, post-lay remedial works); Hellenic Cables manufactures the cables at Corinth, Greece. Combined consortium scope is approximately 256 km of cable across both projects (~128 km on each). Boulder clearance and seabed preparation along the cable route is performed by Helix Robotics Solutions Limited, working as a subcontractor under the consortium contract annex.
