An operations and maintenance (O&M) base in Łeba, which will support construction and long‑term operation of the Bałtyk 2 offshore wind farm, is planned to be completed and commissioned in 2026. Equinor describes the facility as the coordination centre for vessel traffic and offshore operations during construction. Polenergia adds that the base will include a spare parts warehouse, office facilities with a remote‑operations control centre for the wind farms, and a quay for handling service vessels. As of the end of the first quarter of 2026, the O&M base was in the final stages of construction, with fit‑out of modern technical and warehousing infrastructure underway.
