Description
RWE Offshore Wind Poland sp. z o.o. was the original project company holding the FEW Baltic II offshore wind project (~350 MW) adjacent to Baltica 9. PGE and RWE signed a conditional sale-and-purchase agreement on 18 December 2025 covering 100% of the SPV's shares, and closed the transaction on 10 March 2026. From that date PGE has been the sole owner of FEW Baltic II, integrating it with Baltica 9 into the Baltica 9+ cluster (~1.3 GW total) targeting commercial operations by 2032. RWE retains other Polish onshore wind and solar assets but exited the Polish offshore wind market with this sale.
