On 10 March 2026 RWE and PGE closed the transaction announced in December 2025, with PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. becoming the sole owner of the F.E.W. Baltic II offshore wind development project (approx. 350 MW) in the Polish Baltic Sea. The transferred entity is the RWE Offshore Wind Poland sp. z o.o. project company. With FEW Baltic II under PGE ownership the asset is now developed jointly with the adjacent Baltica 9 (44.E.1) area as the Baltica 9+ cluster — approximately 1.3 GW combined capacity, targeting commercial operations by 2032.
