Inferred first-power year for Baltica 7. WindEurope (citing URE) reports the three winners of Poland's December 2025 first offshore CfD auction — Bałtyk 1, Baltica 9, Baltic East — "are expected to deliver their first electricity to the grid by December 2032." Baltica 7 (area 43.E.1) did not enter the December 2025 auction and is awaiting the 2027 second round per Poland's offshore wind roadmap (auctions scheduled 2027 / 2029 / 2031). With a ~2-year auction lag and similar post-CfD delivery cadence, Baltica 7's first power cannot reasonably precede the Phase II winners' Dec 2032 first power, so anchored at 2033-12-31 (year precision) as the minimum-realistic projection. Will be revisited after the 2027 auction outcome and the project's DUŚ environmental decision, neither yet in hand.
