DELAYED +3yr (May 2026): Baltica 7 was not entered in Poland's first offshore wind CfD auction (17 December 2025) — see URE official communique. The three winners of that auction (Baltica 9, Baltic East, Bałtyk I) all target first power in December 2032 per offshorewind.biz coverage (19 December 2025). Baltica 7, still without a CfD, DUŚ environmental decision, or FID, cannot realistically reach commercial operation before its Phase II auction-winning peers. Assuming a 2027 CfD win, FID 2028-2029, offshore construction start ~2030, full COD is reset to year-end 2033 with year precision pending the 2027 auction outcome. --- Baltica 7 (also known as Baltica 7 Offshore Wind Project / Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica-7) is a planned 990 MW offshore wind farm in the Polish Baltic Sea, developed and owned by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna and Tauron Polska Energia. According to the project profile, construction is expected to begin in 2026 and the wind farm is planned to reach commercial operation in 2030. At that point the project is expected to be fully operational at its intended capacity. The scheme will be built in a single phase over an area of approximately 118 km², and PGE and Tauron currently hold 55.04% and 44.96% stakes respectively. The 2030 commercial operation date is a forward-looking schedule, not yet achieved, reflecting current development plans for the project.
