Baltica 7

On 7 March 2025, PGE Baltica published its 2025 procurement plan, signalling upcoming procurement activity for several of its Polish Baltic Sea offshore wind projects, including Baltica 7 (also known as PGE Baltica 4 / area 43.E.1). The plan identifies that in 2025 procurement proceedings will cover activities for the Baltica 1, Baltica 7 and Baltica 9 offshore wind farms, with the scope focused on surveys, measurements and consultancy services. The notice directs interested suppliers to the PGE Group Procurement System (SWPP2) and the purchasing section of the PGE Baltica website for detailed lists of tenders, enabling potential contractors to prepare for forthcoming competitions and align their resources with the specific needs of the Baltica 7 development phase.

On 14 October 2024, GlobalData's Power Technology profile classified Baltica 7 (area 43.E.1, Słupsk Bank) as a planned 990 MW single-phase offshore wind farm in the Polish Baltic Sea at the announced stage of development. The same profile lists shareholding as PGE 55.04% / Tauron 44.96%; this is incorrect and conflates Baltica 7 with the historic Phase I Baltica 4 project. The Phase III concession SPV at 43.E.1 is wholly owned by PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna — Polish KRS registry entry 0000869503 (REGON 387575580, NIP 7011005329) records the SPV as a single-shareholder PGE entity and documents its rename from 'PGE Baltica 4 sp. z o.o.' to 'Elektrownia Wiatrowa Baltica-7 Sp. z o.o.'. Tauron is not a Phase III concession partner. The GlobalData profile remains a valid anchor for the announced-stage classification, capacity figure and Polish Baltic location; its ownership and indicative schedule fields are superseded by primary Polish sources.
