Baltica 3, the roughly 1 GW second phase of the Baltica Offshore Wind Farm jointly developed by PGE and Ørsted in the Polish Baltic Sea, is planned to reach full commercial operation by 2030. Recent project communications describe the overall Baltica complex being built in two stages, Baltica 2 (about 1.5 GW) and Baltica 3 (about 1 GW), with the partners targeting commissioning of Baltica 2 by the end of 2027 and Baltica 3 by 2030. This implies that by 2030 Baltica 3 is expected to be fully constructed, commissioned, and exporting power at its intended capacity into the Polish grid.
