DELAYED +5yr (May 2026): Linked slip with offshore_construction_start: the original GlobalData (power-technology.com) source paired a 2026 construction start with a 2030 full COD on a ~4-year build-out. Slipping construction start to 2032 (post-2029 CfD auction + pre-construction mobilisation) places full COD at ~2035 preserving the build-out window. Sister Baltica 1 (more advanced; lost Dec 2025 auction) has COD slipped to 2034 per baltica1_cod_delay (2027 auction route + 7-year CfD-to-COD lead established by Baltica 9's Dec 2032 commissioning plan). Baltica 1+ trails Baltica 1 by ~1-2 years on permit state. Slipping to year-end 2035 (low) — LATER end of realistic 2034-2036 window. PGE has not published an official COD for Baltica 1+; this is a reasoned placeholder pending the 2029+ auction outcome. --- The Baltica 1+ offshore wind project (referred to by GlobalData as EW Baltica 1) is a planned 1,185 MW single-phase offshore wind farm in the Baltic Sea, Poland. According to the project profile, construction is likely to start in 2026 and the wind farm is expected to reach full commercial operation in 2030. The project is being developed and owned 100% by EW Baltica 1 and will cover an area of about 143 km². The 2030 date represents the target year by which the project is expected to be fully commissioned and operating at its intended capacity, following completion of construction and commissioning activities.
