Red Penguin Associates is engaged as a submarine-cable specialist advisor to Atlantic SuperConnection, providing interconnector-specific technical advisory across project strategy, design, installation engineering and asset-management planning for the ~1,708 km UK–Iceland HVDC bipole. Red Penguin is explicitly named alongside RTE International, AFRY and Aecom in GIG's expert-adviser and partner panel supporting the project. The firm is a market-leading services provider to the submarine cable sector, with prior delivery on numerous UK interconnectors including National Grid / RTE's IFA-2 and National Grid / Statkraft's Viking Link.
