APOLLO-LINK was included in ENTSO-E's Ten-Year Network Development Plan (TYNDP) 2026 portfolio when ENTSO-E published the first draft project portfolio of 178 transmission and 49 storage projects on 29 October 2025. As a continuing project from TYNDP 2024, APOLLO-LINK was re-submitted by promoter OMNIA GmbH / APOLLO-LINK Development & Operations Srl during the first TYNDP 2026 application window in April-May 2025. The TYNDP 2026 listing carries an "under consideration" status and triggers a fresh ENTSO-E cost-benefit analysis cycle, with updated CAPEX and SEW figures expected in 2027 according to the developer's April 2026 Media Kit. Inclusion in the TYNDP is a prerequisite for any future PCI/PMI candidacy under EU Regulation 2022/869.
