Description

Per the PPE3 calendar of offshore wind tenders, AO11 attribution is targeted for 2030-2031. For the AO11 floating tranche (~2.3 GW, zones GGN + GLE), revenue secured (auction award conferring revenue support) is therefore projected at 2030 (year precision). The AO11 award is the second French offshore wind competitive bidding round under the 17 October 2024 cartography, following the combined AO9/AO10 award expected at end 2026 / early 2027.
