Planning consent (autorisation d'exploiter) for AO11 fixed-bottom tranche (~4 GW, zones RD + BNE) is projected at 2032 (year precision), ~2 years after the 2030 AO11 award and consistent with the AO10 procedural framework for statutory public participation / PPVE followed by authorisation. Detailed permitting schedules for each AO11 zone will be set by the AO11 cahier des charges and the regional préfecture maritime / DIRM processes once the tender is launched.
