The 17 October 2024 ministerial decision targets AO11 zones (second competition) for operationality around 2040. First power for the AO11 fixed-bottom tranche (~4 GW, zones RD + BNE) is therefore projected at 2039 (year precision), ahead of full commercial operations in 2040.
