Following the 2 April 2026 official launch of the combined AO9/AO10 offshore wind tender by Ministers Bregeon and Lescure, winner designation for the Fécamp Grand Large 2 (AO10 Centre Manche Est-2) lot is targeted for end 2026 or early 2027. The winning consortium will be awarded the revenue-support contract for the project at that point. The earlier DGEC consultation note (March 2025) also stated that the tender "vise à l'attribution avant fin 2026" of the AO10 lots, supporting the year-2026 anchor for the projection.
