The French Directorate-General for Energy and Climate (DGEC) conducted a public consultation on the AO10 offshore wind tender, which includes two fixed-bottom offshore wind projects of approximately 2 GW each off the coast of Fécamp in the eastern English Channel, one of which will correspond to AO10 Centre Manche Est-2. The consultation sought stakeholder input on the structuring and allocation of the 2 GW lots, locations, targeted commissioning dates, and measures to promote competition, and it ran until 4 April 2025.
