Under the AO10 procedural framework — documented in the DIRM Méditerranée briefing (commission spécialisée éolien flottant, 21 February 2025) for the sibling AO10 Golfe du Lion Centre project — the statutory public participation / enquête publique (PPVE) stage is planned during 2027–2028 across the AO10 cohort, with the project-level authorisation (autorisation d'exploiter) issued at or shortly after completion of that stage. For Fécamp Grand Large 2 (AO10 Centre Manche Est-2), planning consent is therefore projected for 2028 (year precision), in line with the consistent 2028 consent/FID anchor used by sibling AO9/AO10 projects in the AgentZero corpus (Golfe du Lion Centre, EFLO). The exact decision date will be determined by the project-specific permitting schedule following the AO10 award (end 2026 / early 2027).
