Description

France’s Directorate-General for Energy and Climate (DGEC) ran a public consultation on the AO10 offshore wind tender, which includes two fixed-bottom projects of around 2 GW each off Fécamp in the eastern English Channel. The consultation, which sought feedback on lot size (single 2 GW vs. split 1 GW projects), locations, targeted commissioning dates, and measures to avoid a single bidder winning all lots, was completed on 4 April 2025.
