Military authority responsible jointly with the relevant préfet de département for the arrêté inter-préfectoral granting the concession d'utilisation du domaine public maritime (CUDPM / DPM concession) for offshore wind projects in the Atlantic zone (Saint-Brieuc, Saint-Nazaire, Yeu-Noirmoutier, Fécamp historically, Centre Manche Atlantique offshore grid, etc.).
